The Challenge & Objectives
Campus event logistics relied on slow manual sign-ups and paper rosters, creating 30+ minute entry queues, recurring duplicate registrations, and fragmented student communications. • The objective was to engineer a unified, highly reliable digital operations hub to handle high-concurrency event RSVPs, automate offline-ready digital ticketing, enforce zero-duplicate check-in validation at entry gates, and provide a transparent, centralized system for student polling, suggestion tracking, and academic resource distribution.
